We are extremely attentive to the manufacturing process of our products and this in order to offer care products of a high quality perfectly responding to safety imperatives in the field of sun care cosmetics. Thus all of the LOVEA sun care products conform to the new European regulations.

Equipped with high-performance manufacturing and packaging equipment, we produce the entirety of our products internally. Our factory as well as our R&D department have made quality their main objective. Quality controls are done all along the production and packaging lines. Thus, all of our finished products are submitted to ocular and cutaneous tolerance tests, but they are equally traced at each manufacturing step in order to assure optimum quality.

The manufacturing of all of our products complies with the Iso 22 716 standard, equally called the BPF standard (Good Manufacturing Practices) and since 2011, Laboratoires BIOCOS comply to the Iso 9001* standard guaranteeing the requirements concerning the organisation of the administration of the quality system.

Having acquired much experience over the years and with the help of a competent and reactive production team, Laboratoires Biocos has been able to adapt in order to always be more competitive in a market which is perpetually looking towards innovation. For example, in 2008 with the launch of the LOVEA Bio products line, Laboratoires BIOCOS have fitted out specific areas so that the raw materials used in the certified organic** line don't come into contact with products from the conventional line.
